Note on the scope of application of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG)

The products and services offered by our company are sold exclusively to commercial customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not supply consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.

Due to this exclusive focus on the business-to-business sector, our offers are not subject to the obligations of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) according to current legal assessment.

Should the distribution channel change in the future or should our range of products and services be extended to consumers, the resulting legal requirements for accessibility will of course be reviewed and implemented accordingly.
